A simple toolkit, written in PHP, to get up and running with REST resource requests.

This toolkit is slowly evolving with my knowledge of REST. It is obvious that I am a REST greenhorn and that I have a lot to learn, however the framework in it's current format has proven useful, though it hasn't proven completely knowledgeable in the ways of REST. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
